The requirement was originated by the Government 311 for having a convenient way to allow citizens to put their issues and to solve them. We were asked for the digital solution of the problem by making a website along with the mobile app which will be quite helpful and easy to use for the users.
The citizens of the Carterville, Godfrey, Sangamon County, Sherman and Riverton can utilize the website to report the problems by selecting the type of issue with exact location. With the help of the app users can report the problem anywhere anytime and can also capture the image of the property or the location.
Similarly, the Springfield park issues can be resolved here and users can also prefer the app for a variety of information regarding park facilities, news, events and rental properties for functions.
For managing all the reports of issues and the website data, a backend solution was needed which will allow the admin to handle all the content and activities efficiently.
