Mr. Ken Deocharran, our client from Georgetown, Guyana, observed the taxi culture and envisioned a mobile app to address ride-hailing challenges. His goal was to create an AI-driven app that could compete with established giants like Uber and Lyft.
By leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning, the app would offer dynamic fare pricing for users and increased earnings for drivers, ensuring market competitiveness.

After an internal team discussion, we decided to build an Admin panel, a dispatcher panel and two independent mobile applications. (We considered the distributed statistics of Android and iOS phone users who would use this app to book taxi online in Guyana.)

Project Framing & Scope Designing

Challenges & Solutions in the Course of Project Development
Challenge 1 – Google Maps integration was proving costly.
Solution: We implemented an AI-driven custom ETA algorithm that was cost-effective and met our accuracy goals without relying on expensive third-party services.
Challenge 2 – Multiple users on the app caused the server to fail.
Solution: Solved this issue using dynamic load balancing. We integrated AI-based monitoring to optimize server allocation and ran scalable servers to support a large number of users.
Challenge 3 – Equipping the app with a LIVE tracking feature.
Solution: We integrated the Kalman Filter with AI-assisted sensor data smoothing, enabling accurate LIVE tracking of both the passenger and driver.
